Brie Truffled Burger with Kumato Tomatoes and Ramps Mayonnaise? Yes!
Craving cobbler right now. I’m pretty sure this blueberry cobbler would do the trick.
jojochao: pasta with oven roasted shrimp
Mmmmm… so hungry.
Tea tasting at Vital Tea Leaf in Chinatown for my 23rd birthday. Uncle Gee is the funniest Chinese man I’ve ever met, which made the 1.5 hour lesson in proper tea preparation and health attributes seem like 5 minutes.
Birthday lunch
The day started out great with at the MOMA, and after we finished we took a long stroll all the way from 3rd St. to Larkin for lunch at Lers Ros. Some Thai iced tea, Kang Daeng, Pad Kra Prow Kai, Chicken Satay, Kang Keaw Wan, steamed rice, and house salad later, we were ready for dessert - fried bananas with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, topped with peanuts. Amazing.

I’m looking forward to my bday trip to the city on Tue, more specifically the Thai goodness that is lunch @ Lers Ros. Might just have to take another trip to enjoy this delicious event and discover SF’s hidden food gems.
Last challenge for the Amazing Race - Vacaville. So delicious, but so wrong. We demolished it and came in 2nd.
Delicious dinner with Catherine at House of Curries on College Ave in Berkeley. Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Vindaloo, Garlic Naan, Rice, Mango Lassi’s, and complimentary chai tea. A veritable Indian feast.
I was recently presented with my very own set of bamboo chopsticks at Tokyo Grill in Vacaville, CA. Props to TG for making frequent customers feel special.
